Welcome to Polyseme: The Language, Literacy, and Culture Review. Polyseme is a peer-reviewed online journal published twice annually by postgraduate students in the Language, Literacy, and Culture PhD Program at UMBC.
From 2002-2009, Polyseme was known as the LLC Review. Today, it is being revamped as a free, online journal. We are currently rebuilding our Editorial Board and have begun to accept submissions for our inaugural issue. Those interested in submitting work should look at our Call for Papers page.
